Shipping Info

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, you can expect the following delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 2–4 business days via USPS
  • International: delivery times vary depending on the destination country

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated and shown in full at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lumora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lumora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you'd like a hand with it, email us and we'll help you through it.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery.
